The community enjoys a private 18-hole championship golf course that was designed by Arthur Hills. The Audubon Society of New York recognized the 6,800-yard, 18-hole golf course as the first Audubon Cooperative Signature Sanctuary golf course. The golf initiation fee should be independently verified. About 1/3rd of the 450 acres are preserved in it's natural habitat.

Lot sizes range from 1/3rd of an acre to 3/4ths of an acre. A home owner type association ensures architectural standards throughout the reserve. The minimum home size permitted within the community is 2,500 square feet.

Amenities include the Country Club, Boathouse for casual riverside dining, the Clubhouse for casual,formal and private dining, tennis courts, pool, and comprehensive golf facilities.
